Welcome! I’m Shirli Libet, a licensed therapist specializing in maternal mental health and trained in EMDR therapy for adults, couples, and families. While my passion is helping women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, my EMDR services extend to partners and families—because healing impacts the whole household, not just moms. I provide therapy in both Hebrew and English, making sessions accessible for diverse communities across California.

 

One-on-One Therapy: Personalized support for those moments when you need someone to talk to, vent to, or sort through the thoughts racing through your head. Postpartum Home Visitation (Los Angeles Area): After giving birth, sometimes getting out of the house feels impossible. That’s why I offer postpartum home visits, where I come to you. I’ll provide emotional support, coping strategies, and help you adjust to the demands of new motherhood—all from the comfort of your own home.

 

Group Support: You’re not alone. Join my group sessions to connect with others in similar life stages. You’ll receive support, empathy, and practical advice from people who truly get it.
