  1. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals. If you’re thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support, the Lifeline network is available 24/7 across the United States. You can call or text 988 or chat

  2. Crisis Text Line: text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the U.S. to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Crisis Text Line trains volunteers to support people in crisis. With over 79 million messages processed to date, they are growing quickly, but so is the need.

Teen Suicide Prevention

  1. Infertility Financing Programs: Infertility is an emotional and financial challenge, but discovering savings programs might help ease these burdens a bit.

  2. Fertility Preservation Programs for cancer patients: The high cost of reproductive services can be a barrier for cancer patients who need to undergo fertility preservation treatments quickly before they begin their cancer treatments. The programs listed on this page may help patients offset some of those costs.

  3. LIVESTRONG Fertility Program for cancer patients: LIVESTRONG Fertility is dedicated to providing reproductive information, resources and financial support to survivors whose cancer and its treatment present risks to their fertility.
